Play around, here is how you do it: think about what you want to encounter in your life which is not yet there. Make your statement of intent as carefully as you ever possibly could. Be as specific as you can.
Now write down what you came up with and strike out any repeating letters. Put these together into a sign that appeals to you. Can be anything, you certainly got your own style, don't you.
Now once you have that, there are different ways to charge the sigil with your energy. For example lay the sigil on a table, sit in front of it, close your eyes, hold your breath until your body starts twitching and with the inhaling of new air inhale the picture of your sigil (check doctor first if you are allowed to do that). Laugh and forget it. Put it away. Destroy it, whatever you need to divert your attention from it.
Another method is to draw the sigil on the forehead of your lover and breathe it in when you climax. You charge the sigil once your body starts twitching.
Or scramble the syllables of your statement of intent into gibberish and start chanting it with a vibrant voice. Again you do not need to remember what it was you desired, the more you forget about what you thought was impossible to do before you forgot to remember what it was you achieved, the better.
